Originally built by the clients themselves, they were ready to swap out the builder-basic vibes for something more them. So, out with the old, in with the fun! We ripped out the tired flooring, revamped the powder room, gave every wall a fresh coat of paint, and of course, gave the kitchen a dramatic overhaul. It’s now a space that’s as lively and unique as the people who call it home!

There’s a quirky little psychological phenomenon we love to observe when clients meet with us to reveal their design concepts—often, they’re already wearing their color scheme! It's like an unintentional match made in design heaven. We can't help but chuckle when we point out the subtle connections—whether it’s the color of their tie, their accessories, or even their shoes—it all seems to align with their vision for the space. It’s like their subconscious is already on board!

In this case, the inspiration came from our client’s radiant, happy color—teal. Every design appointment, she wore a beautiful blue-teal tone, and we knew immediately it was the perfect hue for the renovation.
